Ridgeline is a planned 257-unit development in Northwest Portland near Montgomery Park, with incredible access to Forrest Park and retail on NW 23rd Street and Slabtown. The site sits at a transitional location between residential context to the south and an industrial context to the north; the building’s architecture intends to bridge this gap.
The project includes a gym, active sports lobby and mudroom, workspace, community room, courtyard, rooftop deck, and 180 parking spaces. As a complement to the thirteen units in the building that will be rented to residents earning no more than 60% of the Area Median Income, there are approximately thirty micro units designed to provide accessible pricing by way of efficient floor plans.
The project will be built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ status and is a pilot project for Carbon Title, a platform to offset embodied carbon in new buildings.
